Opened in 2016, Unico is owned and operated by Sicilian natives Giovanni Patti and Federica Cipolla. Giovanni has been importing Italian ingredients to America for many years, and he is very proud to showcase them in his cafe. Thankfully, he met Federica, who gave him the idea to open a Sicilian cafe unlike any other that was available in New York City. Giovanni and Federica are passionate about the food they serve because it's the food they grew up on--they are excited to share it with you! We look forward to welcoming you for a morning cappuccino, lunch-time panino, or mid-day espresso and cannoli. There's always a good time for the true taste of Sicily.
