Mozzarella di Bufula
Italians have been making fresh mozzarella from the milk of the water buffalo for centuries. Crafting mozzarella from this milk takes the skill of an experienced artisan. Our mozzarella di bufala is shipped to us with care directly from Mondragone, a small town in the heart of Campania. The cheese remains beautifully moist, slightly salty, and extra creamy on arrival to Unico. We use it generously on our handmade panini.
