Our imported Sicilian ricotta is made from the milk of freely roaming grass-fed sheep, producing a rich, creamy, and complex cheese that you will love. Most cannoli found in the United States use cow's milk ricotta for their filling. However, sheep's milk ricotta is the traditional filling for cannoli--a dessert native to Sicily.
